We meet every Sunday during the 10:00 Service. Sunday club is for anyone from 3 -16+.
Sunday club is split into four different age groups. We have a lot of talented and enthusiastic leaders and this gives it a freshness each Sunday that I hope keeps the kids on their toes and interested.
We use the Scripture Union teaching guides (www.scriptureunion.org.uk/29656.id) and each Sunday the four Sunday club groups can be found exploring the same passage as the congregation in the church. The idea is to help create some unity in the church when it comes to our learning. It is as important to explore issues of faith and God at home as it is in church. My hope is that families go home and talk about what they have learnt as they sit around the dinner table.
Whether you’re in church every week or you’re just visiting, all children are welcome at Sunday club.

The Sunday Crèche is provided by members of the Parish for young children and babies and is available during the 10.00 a.m. service on Sundays in the Parish Centre. (This service is at 10.30 a.m during the summer period, June to August.)

This Youth group is for members of 5th and 6th class and meets twice monthly on Fridays from 19:30-21:00.
This is a lively group designed for 5th and 6th class students from any school. We play high energy, creative games that keep us all on our toes. We also look into God’s word and try to teach it in a way that suits the age group, through talks and small groups. We can get anywhere from 30-40 children on any given Friday. This club is loud, dynamic and full of life.
Keep an eye on the notice board for Maxpack dates, or ask me about it.

SR&H baby and toddler group meets in Parish Centre large room downstairs on Wednesdays 10.00 a.m. – 11.30 a.m. (during the standardized primary school year). It is for babies and toddlers accompanied by their parent or minder. It is open to all, but places are limited. Anyone wishing to join should contact the church office at 01-2896442.
The group is an exciting and vital ministry here in Kill. We hope and pray that it will continue to be a place where people feel welcome and that everyone who comes will feel part of the wider church community.

Following all the 50th year celebrations in April and an action packed weekend in Carlingford Adventure Centre back in June, we are looking forward to the forthcoming year, especially as we welcome our new Captain, Nola Lambert, on board. As many of you know, Nola has been an officer with the 22nd Company for many years but stepped in to the captain’s shoes in April following Sandra Chapple’s retirement. We open on Tuesday 8th September 2009, and girls from 3 years and over are welcome. For further details please contact Nola on (087) 688 9845.
