Church Flowers

In His Sermon on the Mount, Jesus said: “Consider the lilies in the field, they neither toil nor spin, yet Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed as these.”

Flowers beautify many occasions, and especially the flowers which decorate the Church on Sundays and for special events.  We have a dedicated team who carry out faithfully this important ministry.  If you would like to help, please contact Betty Bradshaw:  flowers@kotg.ie

Coffee Rota

After our main services on Sunday, refreshments are served in the Parish Centre by a rota of parishioners.  This is a great way to meet with one another socially, and to greet newcomers.  What’s more, it’s real and Fair Trade coffee!

If you would like to help out or want more information please conatct the Parish Office office@kotg.ie

Bellringers

The bells of the church call us to prayer and worship!

If you would like to be on the rota of bellringers, please contact Blanche Cooper bellringers@kotg.ie

Prayer Readers

Lesson Readers and Prayer Readers

At our Sunday services, there is a rota of parishioners who read the Scripture lessons for the day, and who read prayers that they have composed.  This is a most valuable part of our ministry in proclaiming the Word of God and in leading the congregation in prayer.

If you feel called to help in this way, please contact Peter Rooke readers@kotg.ie

Brasses & Linen

We have a team of dedicated parishioners who keep our church linen and brasses in spotless condition.

If you would like to help in this valuable service, please contact Rosemary Knight brassesandlinen@kotg.ie
