Book for an online service we collect your name, email address and booking details from Eventbrite, the external ticketing platform used by KOTG Parish (please see guidance on external websites below)

Make a donation via our online payment we collect your name, email address and donation provided from Stripe, the external online payment processing provider used by KOTG Parish.
Processing your personal data is necessary to meet our legitimate interests in in the administration and operation of our day–to–day operations. We will request and obtain your consent to collect personal data, such as your name and email address. We will retain this personal data in accordance with legislative requirements and in line with our data retention policy.

Our website is hosted by UK company, ChurchInsight. We will review this policy closer to the completion of the UK’s exit from the EEA, and it’s GDPR requirements, at Dec 31 2020.
